I will be going on a long break.

I am sorry, guys; I didn't want to stop, I really didn't. However, on the morning of March 16th, 2026, just as I had begun to write the latest chapter, I got mail. I opened the mail and saw the title.

Congratulations > Letter of Employment

I was so happy when I read those words; after all, it was for them that I have worked so hard for all these years, sacrificing my sleep, my time with my friends, and, for a major part, my happiness too.

However, the second thing that came to my mind after being happy was my 'other' work, the fanfics, the things that had become a source of joy for me over the past year.

I started this fic on 13th February 2025.

At that time, I never expected this to become so huge; never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would be able to earn from something I just considered just a side project. Never did I consider that I could become so happy reading the words of strangers millions of kilometers away, the words that encouraged me to keep going and going, the words that boosted my confidence during exams, the words that helped me get better from sickness, and the words that helped me gain happiness once more.

I am sorry, guys. I am crying while writing this; I can't even find the right words. I am just writing whatever is coming to my mind.

Although I said that I will be going on a long break, even I don't know the exact time; it could be days, weeks, months, or who knows. However, I want to return to this; I never realized that writing has become such a huge source of joy for me. I don't want to abandon it; I still want to write. However, one thing I learned during all this time that I wrote this fic is that if I ever half-assed my efforts in writing, even I am not happy with it.

Due to this reason, I will be taking a break, and once I find some stability and a chance to write again, I will come back to you all, to all the strangers who helped me find joy once again.
