Chapter 937 - 941: I Want to Stay with You

Leng Zimo once again confirmed with Shen Yizhou about Luo Jun’s situation. Knowing that he was alright, he finally felt completely at ease.

A nurse came in to call Shen Yizhou for something. After instructing him on some precautions, Shen Yizhou left, and Leng Zimo’s gaze landed on the martial arts director and the assistant director.

"I want to stay with you," Luo Jun stood by his bed, unwilling to leave.

Leng Zimo smiled and bowed his head, "The hospital doesn’t allow friends to stay overnight, otherwise the doctors will be upset. Come see me again tomorrow morning, okay?"

Luo Jun pursed his lips, "Alright then."

"Good!" Leng Zimo sat up straighter and looked at John who was standing up, "I’ll leave Mo Mo in your care tonight. As for Sissi, I’ll explain when she returns."

John nodded in agreement, taking Luo Jun out of the ward.

With a smile on her face, Luo Xiaoqian dragged her luggage out and got into a taxi, directly giving the address of the lakeside villa.

By now, it was already dusk. That father and son should have returned from the set, right?

The music video wrapped up early, so she returned to Beijing a day earlier. Imagining their surprised expressions when they see her, her smile deepened even more.

By the time the taxi entered her neighborhood, the streetlights had come on, and the taxi came to a stop in front of her home. Luo Xiaoqian immediately took her luggage, dashed up the steps, and knocked on the door.

How could there be no one home? Could it be they haven’t finished filming yet?

John briefly explained the incident on set to her, "MOMO is alright, but Mr. Leng was injured while picking him up and is currently hospitalized."

"Uncle Shen said Uncle Zimo must stay in the hospital, otherwise he won’t be able to play the piano," Luo Jun interjected.

Due to not understanding Chinese, John wasn’t clear about Leng Zimo’s fracture situation, and Luo Jun’s child’s description was not very accurate. Hearing this, it sounded to Luo Xiaoqian like Leng Zimo’s injury was extremely severe.

"John, you take care of Mo Mo, I’m going to the hospital!"

Rushing, she took out her keys from her bag, unlocked the door, instructed John, then grabbed her car keys and dashed into the garage.
