Two people ran over, out of breath, only to find that the excavator and bulldozer had already stopped working, and several workers had gotten out of their vehicles, gathering together.

"What’s going on?"

Engineer Wang came over with a stern face, parted the crowd of workers, and walked in to see the one obstructing the demolition, whereupon he couldn’t help but mix laughter with tears.

Standing in front of the bulldozer, frowning with little eyebrows and stretching out small arms to stop the demolition wasn’t the villager he had imagined, but a little boy.

The little fellow must have been around four or five years old, wearing a black jacket, jeans, and a burgundy scarf tied around his neck, looking just like a little adult.

On a slightly chubby babyish face were exquisitely delicate facial features.

At that moment, those adorable little eyebrows were slightly furrowed, and his little face was filled with anger.

Standing behind him was a tall black man.

The guy was a towering one meter ninety, built like a giant, wearing oversized black sunglasses, and his black suit seemed to be bursting at the seams from his muscular body.

With a stern facade, he stood behind the little fellow like a mountain, solid and imposing.

One dark as night, tall and muscular; the other with a beautiful face, small and cute, but together they created a strangely harmonious sight.

Engineer Wang looked at the black bodyguard, then at the little fellow, full of puzzlement.

Where did these two come from?!

Despite his curiosity, he still walked forward, smiling as he bent down.

"Little friend, why are you blocking our vehicle?"

Luo Jun glanced at Engineer Wang in front of him, "Are you their BOSS?"

BOSS?!

Engineer Wang laughed.

"Yes, I am the engineer commanding them," Engineer Wang replied with a smile.

"Hmm!" Luo Jun nodded, waving his little hand, "Take your people and leave this place immediately."

The little guy exuded an air of authority, but Engineer Wang was never going to take a child seriously, only finding him amusing. "Alright, little guy, no more playing around. Move aside quickly, if you get hurt by accident, uncle can’t take that responsibility!" Saying so, Engineer Wang extended his hand towards the little boy, wanting to lead him away by the hand.

Before his hand could touch Luo Jun, a large hand intervened, grabbing his arm.

Since the black bodyguard did not understand the language, he had no clue what the workers were saying. Seeing Engineer Wang approaching and trying to reach out to Luo Jun, he immediately threw Engineer Wang out, acting on his protective instinct for his young charge.

Before Engineer Wang could grasp what was happening, he was already flying out and landed on the ground, with two workers rushing to help him up.

Adjusting his glasses that were almost knocked off his face, Engineer Wang swallowed nervously as he looked at the black bodyguard behind the little guy.

Are these two serious?!

"You..." Engineer Wang looked at the little fellow, "Who in the world are you?"

"What’s happening?" Seo Fei, having waited for a while without seeing Engineer Wang return, also came over.

"We don’t know where these two came from, they’re blocking our vehicles and not letting us demolish!" one worker explained.

Seo Fei glanced at Luo Jun, then at the black bodyguard behind him, and her brow furrowed slightly, "Where did this child come from?"

Engineer Wang looked bewildered, "I don’t know either!"

"You don’t know?" Seo Fei snorted coldly, "I seriously doubt how you work!"

She turned to Luo Jun and pointed at his little face, "And you, leave immediately. This is a construction site, not a playground, or else I’ll call the police to take you away!"
