Now hearing him ask this question, she just felt both embarrassed and annoyed.

How was she supposed to reply, possibly say yes?!

She whispered irritably.

Leng Zimo did not insist, only pulling the quilt down a bit for her.

"That’s your own ability, what’s it got to do with me!" Luo Xiaoqian shot her a look, "Right, give it your all in the finals, I’m leaving national first place to you!"

Xu Xia sent her a disdainful look, "Cut it out, ’giving it to me’. What do you want to eat, I’ll wash it for you, how about an apple? I heard they help heal wounds!"

Xu Xia took some fruit and went to the bathroom to wash them.

Yu Tong moved closer to Luo Xiaoqian, "Xiaoqian, you know, the head of Defu Company from our last commercial performance, Li Defu, got in trouble?"

"Really?" Luo Xiaoqian feigned calm.

"Yes, apparently, they were not only involved in the underworld but also drug trafficking. The news said that Li Defu resisted arrest and jumped from a building, landing right on some rebar and died. His accomplices are also all caught now, and it seems like the company’s assets have been frozen as well!" Yu Tong looked genuinely terrified, "I was scared to death seeing the news.
