Chapter 181 - 182: The Conflict in the Photography Room [2]

Chapter 181 - 182: The Conflict in the Photography Room [2]

These six people, a group of two men and four women.

The two men, both wearing black sunglasses and black suits, were tall and broad, easily identifiable as bodyguards or the like.

Among the four women, two appeared rather young, carrying large and small bags on them, and another, in a neatly tailored suit with short hair like a man’s, all protected the tall woman at the center just like stars surrounding the moon.

The one at the center wore a broad-brimmed hat in vogue and a rose-colored Chanel-style suit.

Her retro sunglasses obscured most of her face, and her silky long hair was draped casually over her shoulders, revealing only a sharp cheek and lips tinted a soft pink, while her right hand with meticulously manicured nails fiddled with a cell phone.

The woman before them stood with graceful poise, and even though only half of her face was visible, she couldn’t conceal her stunning beauty.

Luo Xiaoqian recognized her at a glance, she was the film, television, and music triple threat, top-tier star, Su Jin.

"You’re Su Jin!" Luo Xiaoqian’s eyes lit up with excitement, and then she extended her hand, "Hello!"

"That’s enough!" The short-haired woman stepped forward to shield Su Jin and said coldly, "Miss Su has just gotten off the plane and hasn’t adjusted to the time difference yet, don’t disturb her rest!"

"Sorry!" Luo Xiaoqian withdrew her hand, "Then, can I get Miss Su’s autograph, please?!"

She quickly took out a notebook and pen from her bag and presented them to Su Jin with a hopeful face.

The elevator stopped, and the doors slid open.

The short-haired woman was about to speak again, but Su Jin, who had been standing behind her, stepped forward, handed her cell phone over, took Luo Xiaoqian’s notebook and pen, and signed her name with quick precision.

"Thank you!"

Luo Xiaoqian thanked her with a smile and didn’t forget to stick out her tongue at the short-haired woman.

The short-haired woman didn’t give her any attention, too busy stepping forward to hold the elevator doors as everyone escorted her out.

"They say it’s easy to meet the King of Hell but hard to deal with his minions, today’s encounter really proves that point. Su Jin herself isn’t that hard to talk to, but her assistant puts on quite the airs," Luo Xiaoqian grumbled, pinching her notebook.

Yu Tong, standing beside her, gave her a glance and then shook her head, "Let’s go down too!"

"We’re on this floor too?" Xiao Qian stuffed the notebook back into her backpack and followed her out of the elevator.

Yu Tong led her towards the photo studio, then whispered a reminder, "Try to keep your distance from Su Jin in the future."

"Why?" Xiao Qian asked, puzzled.

"Well..." Yu Tong chuckled, "You’ll find out eventually. Just trust me; you can’t go wrong!"

She quickened her pace and helped push open the door to Studio 1.

Seeing Su Jin sitting inside, Yu Tong instantly frowned.

"Xiao Qian, wait a moment!" Signaling Xiao Qian to wait by the door, she hurried toward a boy setting up lights, "Qiangzi, didn’t we agree we were using Studio 1 today? Why is she also here?"

Qiangzi nodded toward Su Jin sitting in the chair, his tone full of helplessness.

"Previously, Miss Su said she’d be back tomorrow, so today it was all yours, but now she unexpectedly came back early, and there’s nothing I can do about it. Aren’t you aware of her temper?" He turned to look at Luo Xiaoqian, who was standing near the door looking around, "How about you all wait a bit and shoot later?"

"But..." Yu Tong looked distressed, "The higher-ups have made it clear they need the shots by tomorrow!"
