At least Lu Jing knew to use Leng Jian to set a trap for her, tricking her into helping design a series of small programs.

"I’m talking to you about Dr. CC, why bring up someone else? What does it matter if it’s cold or not, you might as well just ask me directly if I know Dr. CC."

"You know him?" Qin Nanyu raised an eyebrow, his tone playful as he followed her words.

Ji Weitian didn’t hold back, directly responding, "Yes, I know him, not just know him, but also quite well."

She and Dr. CC could be one and the same; how could she not be familiar?

Ji Weitian originally thought that after her statement, Qin Nanyu would ask her to connect him with Dr. CC, but instead, he just stared at her.

His gaze was calm and deep, and upon closer inspection, there seemed to be a trace of anger, faint yet discernible...
