Chapter 547: Testing Each Other

Inside the cafe.

Two outstanding men sat facing each other.

Leng Jian was somewhat curious about why Qin Nanyu had suddenly appeared at his place, yet his face hardly showed any emotion; instead, he sat back, observing and calmly drinking his coffee.

At the same time, he guessed what Qin Nanyu intended to discuss with him today.

He wasn’t sure if he was being paranoid, but today’s Qin Nanyu felt very different.

"President Qin suddenly shows concern about something that happened many years ago, do you have something to say?" Leng Jian didn’t allow himself to be passive but instead actively took over the conversation.

"I’m not a businessman. I don’t follow the complex twists of corporate deals. President Qin, feel free to speak straightforwardly."

The atmosphere in the cafe became somewhat eerie.

Both men continued testing each other, yet neither wanted to reveal their hand first.
