Chapter 1946 - 4: The Weather Is Cooling, Let’s Annihilate Blazing Lands
For example... the ’End’ located at the Event Horizon of Black Holes?
Although the information Ian knows now is very limited... he can speculate on a possibility.
The Aether Universe where the Star God resides is significantly different from the Earth Universe where Ian was originally from.
The difference lies in the fact that the Aether Universe naturally possesses a certain ’energy’ that makes it easier for this universe to generate various forms of life.
The photon life forms like Star Gods were born this way, and these earliest life forms in the Aether Universe instinctively learned to use this ’energy’... They utilized the properties of this energy to create their own unique Aether, gradually transforming the universe into a form that suited them.
Then came the dramatic changes in the universe, leading to the emergence of strange life forms in black holes—currently presumed to be temporal axis beings—The End.
The End is clearly not an entity that a normal universe can birth; they should also be capable of using that primordial ’energy’ to reshape worlds... This energy also exists within the event horizon of black holes.
And because the event horizon of a black hole is fundamentally equivalent to a barrier of another universe, this transformation is confined within the black hole, forming the End’s occupied ’Microcosm of the End’.
The End also hasn’t discovered the external ’Great Universe,’ which is the ’Aether Great Universe’ where the Star God resides.
But one day, the Aether, strengthened by the Star God, penetrated space-time, traversing the two universes.
Thus, the End emerged from the black hole, and the transformation within the black hole manifested in the outside world, altering the rules of the Great Universe, resulting in numerous stars being converted into black holes.
The End is also a life form capable of reshaping the universe. Though their origins were the same universe, the same ’energy,’ the gap between them has long surpassed that between worms underground and birds in the sky after prolonged modifications.
Therefore, according to the logic of the Star God, they cannot observe the full picture of the End, and the End is the same.
The two super species, whose ’cosmogony’ is no longer compatible, now even struggle to ’see’ each other.
For the Star God, the End is a disaster; conversely, it is also the same.
Thinking along these lines, Ian can easily understand why the End and the Star God cannot observe or interfere with each other.
Suppose, with the primordial energy of the Terra Prime Universe, its baseline is 0.
The Star God’s transformation is to keep modifying the entire universe towards a baseline of +1, +2, and so on.
While the End within the black hole similarly modifies their ’Microcosm,’ but the baseline is -1, -2.
The two are simply not in the same quadrant, naturally how they interact and connect is like a blind person feeling an elephant.
The constants, temporal axes, and even mathematical laws of the two occupied universes may have already become different... The Star God and the End, in essence, are ’gazing’ and ’touching’ each other across ’two completely different universes’.
That’s why their war is so complex and entangled.
In other words, the war between the Star God and the End is, in fact, a struggle for universal control, a battle to make one’s side’s ’cosmogony’ the dominant one.
And currently, at least from the perspective of this ’timeline,’ the End is in the dominant position.
Thus, the Aether Great Universe fell, and many stars collapsed into what the End perceives as familiar ’black holes’.
Only...
"Only we in the Cradle survived."
With countless thoughts in mind, Ian murmured to himself in some realization: "So that’s it, the true purpose of the Cradle is to isolate the End’s transformation to the universe, preserving the normal rules of the ’Aether Universe’!"
"But conversely, as long as we leave the Cradle, the universal rules originating from the End will start interfering with our existence... The closer we get to the End, the more intense this interference becomes."
"Just like the Light Dragon on the Dying Star Path, dissipating simply due to the ’End’s’ gaze!"
Ian clearly remembers that outside the Terra Cradle, there is another ’End’ occupying the exterior.
This End is stationary under their observation, but if anything leaves the Cradle, it will trigger a reaction from them.
Then, changes on the level of universal constants and twisted cosmic space-time will eliminate all Aether Universe entities observed by them.
Now, Ian can imagine a bit about why the Star God was defeated.
Because the Star God never observed the ’Microcosm’ of the End located within the black hole nor the unique power of the End in the ’Microcosm,’ while the End, due to the Star God’s actively extended Aether tendrils, understood part of the special rules of the Aether Universe and the unique powers of the Star God.
At this stage of the battle, the End may have already mastered a portion of the ’Aether’ power, the rise and fall of each other’s forces, and this is the reason for the Star God’s defeat.
And the disappearance of the Star God is clearly not due to being exterminated or fleeing.
Ian thought of the essence of the Cradle.
Could it be, this is nothing but a Microcosm created by the Star God, an ’Aether Black Hole,’ a pocket universe?
The Star God may have sealed themselves in each Microcosm, maintaining the succession of many civilizations within the Cradle, while quietly studying the power of the ’End.’
The reversal of power dynamics.
Now, the Star God is the defending party hidden within the Microcosm of the Cradle, able to slowly study the End’s special power.
As the End continues to expand its essence in the Great Universe, converting more stars into black holes, their essence will be more clearly analyzed, providing opportunities for the Star God to counterattack.
