Because last night’s overnight stay in the mountain cave without electricity and fire was unexpected, everyone was indeed too tired. The director was kind enough to only film the process of everyone getting on the bus and preparing to sleep, but didn’t continue filming what happened on the bus, allowing everyone to get a good night’s sleep first.During the bus ride, the director and producer each took a few phone calls, seemingly discussing Zhang Kerong and Lin Xu leaving the group and the matter of newcomers joining.

No one listened closely to the details, but we all sort of understood what was being discussed.

Simply put, Zhang Kerong had already made arrangements for a movie to shoot next month while she was with the show. However, it seems now the film doesn’t plan on having her as the lead and instead wants to replace her. But currently, Zhang Kerong’s talent agency is being unreasonable and not letting go easily, so they seek help from this variety show’s team to provide appropriate reasons to terminate the contract based on Zhang Kerong’s behavior.

The director and producer from this side couldn’t say much, as they haven’t collaborated with Zhang Kerong’s talent agency, nor have they had any cooperation with the film company. They can’t possibly do something that would offend people in the industry.

And this influence wasn’t due to Shi Su or Jing Jihan doing anything behind the scenes, nor was it due to anyone fanning the flames.

There was a twenty-minute break at the rest stop mid-journey. Shi Su secretly went to the bathroom to vomit for a while. It’s been too exhausting these past few days. The nausea from pregnancy wasn’t that evident recently, but the lack of sleep combined with sitting on the bus for too long made her feel uncomfortable.

After vomiting, she intended to wash her face. Fang Lihua unknowingly got off the bus as well and handed her a packet of tissues after entering: "After washing, wipe properly. If you really feel too uncomfortable, we can talk to the director about switching you to another car. After all, it’s really uncomfortable hanging in there with everyone."

"It’s okay, thank you Aunt Lihua." Shi Su smiled and wiped the corner of her mouth clean: "This is work, right? There’s nothing uncomfortable or hard about it. If I really can’t hold on, I will actively talk to the show team."

Fang Lihua nodded: "Alas, but Mr. Jing must know you’re feeling uncomfortable. Since you entered the bathroom, he’s been outside."

Seeing Shi Su come out with her face washed, it wasn’t obvious if she had vomited, but Jing Jihan could tell her state at a glance. As she walked over, he lifted his hand to brush off the water left on her cheek and the water accidentally dripped onto her neck.

"How come you came down too? Why didn’t you stay on the bus and sleep more?" Shi Su asked softly.

"How could I sleep?" Jing Jihan didn’t say much, handed her the bag of snacks: "Asked the staff from the supermarket, they said eating these things might slightly relieve it, but I’m not sure if they actually work."
