“Aw come on, do you plan on sleeping till tomorrow?” Jean groaned when he entered Bradley’s room at noon.

Bradley had been fast asleep when Jean was leaving for the hospital that morning. Jean couldn’t believe the man was still sleeping after twelve noon. Jean went to draw aside the drapes, letting in sunlight. He grinned when Bradley groaned.

“Go away,” Bradley mumbled but he opened his eyes to look at Jean. He didn’t attempt to move though.

“Wake up lazy bones. You need to eat.” Jean said.

“What I need is sleep.” He groaned. “I didn’t sleep early.”

“Dude, we both…”

“I stayed awake long after you slept. Couldn’t sleep.”

“You should have woken me up,” Jean said quietly.

“Just having you here was okay.” Bradley rolled onto his back and stretched. “What time is it?”

A chuckled burst out of Jean when his eyes fell on the tented covers. “Dude, it’s way past morning for this wood.” He laughed.

“Fuck off,” Bradley grumbled. “You wake up a gay man, looking like that.” His eyes moved languidly over Jean. “What did you expect?” He mumbled. “I like your outfit.” And I like the man in it, even more, he added silently.

“Thanks.” Jean went to draw the curtains. “We can check out some of the sites I shop on later.”

Bradley snorted as he sat up. “Why should I bother? I hardly wear anything besides military stuff.”

“It doesn’t hurt to have them. You don’t know when you’ll need to go civilian.” Jean turned to leave. “We’ll do that after lunch. It will be fun.”

“Will take my lunch later,” Bradley mumbled as he headed for the bathroom. “I need to hit the gym now.”

“Need help? Want me to spot you?”

“No, thanks.”

Jean nodded and left, wondering why he suddenly felt flushed. Who was he kidding, he groaned as he bounded up the stairs. If he would be honest with himself, he found Bradley real good to look at…especially that face. He felt warmth invading his face when he remembered how long he’d stared at Bradley’s sleeping face that morning, before getting out of his bed. Since the day Bradley sent him to cloud nine with his skillful mouth, he’d become aware of the man in a way he never thought was possible.

Admitting it to himself made it all so real and Jean wasn’t amused one bit. His life, although wild and sometimes irresponsible, had always been controlled by nothing and no one but himself. But suddenly, he didn’t seem to have control over what was happening in his life, and that scared him. Jean began to pace when he got to his room. He needed to do something to get his mind off Bradley. Anything. He climbed up to his loft, grabbed the phone, and dialed Dean’s number. Who better than his equally crazy twin to get his mind off his sexy houseguest?

“Is this a wrong number or something?” Jean smiled when he heard his brother’s voice. He wasn’t surprised at Dean’s question. They hardly spoke during working hours.

“Busy?” Jean flopped onto his bed.

“I’m always busy.” Dean drawled. “Sup?”

And an hour later, the brothers were still chatting…about nothing and everything.

Bradley only exercised for about forty-five minutes as it was already past noon. When he went to the kitchen after his shower, he noticed the unopened takeout that Jean had obviously brought for their lunch. It was evident that Jean had still not eaten. Bradley decided to go upstairs and call Jean to come down so they could eat together. Jean’s bedroom door wasn’t closed so Bradley pushed the door and walked in just as Jean erupted into laughter. He saw a still dressed Jean in bed, speaking on phone. Bradley couldn’t stop his mind from recalling the last time he’d seen Jean in that bed. How deliciously captivating the sexy doctor had looked, and what had occurred on that bed. He groaned when he felt himself stir inside his sweatpants.

“Get a grip,” Bradley muttered to himself just as Jean saw him and waved him inside.

Bradley shuffled over to the seating area and took a seat. He drew a throw pillow into his lap and grabbed the TV remote from the center table.

“Had a good workout?” Jean called from the loft as he hung up the phone and rolled out of bed.

“Yep. You haven’t eaten.” Bradley settled on the news channel.

“Thought I’d wait for you,” Jean said, heading for the closet. “I’ll just change out of these and…”

Bradley couldn’t stop himself from watching Jean as he stripped out of his clothes. His shirt and undershirt came off first, and then his pants and boxer briefs followed. Although Jean’s back was to him, Bradley could picture the impressively big pierced organ that he couldn’t see from where he sat. He felt his channel twitch at the thought of that cock sliding in and out of his body, and had to make an effort to stifle the lustful moan that threatened to burst free. The way the muscles at Jean’s back, thighs, and ass moved sexily as he reached to the top shelf to grab a pair of jeans made Bradley’s mouth water.

He stared, drinking in every inch of what he could see of Jean’s hot body till he covered it with blue jeans and a black t-shirt. Bradley knew it had been a bad idea to watch Jean strip, when he felt himself go completely hard. When Jean came back and gestured for them to leave, Bradley didn’t know whether to remain seated, stand up with the pillow held in front of him or damn the embarrassment and allow Jean to see his tented sweats. He willed his erection away but it just wouldn’t go away. Bradley remained seated, his eyes on the news anchor.

“Anything interesting?” Jean dropped onto the couch beside Bradley.

“Nothing important.”

“So how do you plan on spending your birthday tomorrow?” Jean stretched. He’d made Bradley complete a form on his medical history and from the information the soldier had given, Jean had gotten to know he’d been born on the twenty-first of December. Bradley was turning twenty-five the next day. “All you had to do was hold on inside your mother for four more days to become a Christmas baby.” He chuckled.

Bradley snorted. “Well, thank God I wasn’t.” He muttered. “My birth and Christmas on the same day would have been terrible under the circumstances, don’t you think?” He said, getting to his feet. Somehow he knew he would have felt even more wretched if he’d had to endure all that loneliness on such a special day. Bradley threw the pillow onto the seat and turned to go, hoping Jean would miss the obvious. He wasn’t lucky.

“Dude seriously…” Jean drawled, staring at the blatant display of male arousal. Bradley’s cock was pressed heavily against the soft stretchy fabric of his sweats. “You need to wank off or something.” He blurted out before he could stop himself.

“I told you I don’t wank off,” Bradley murmured as he walked past Jean.

“Well, at this rate, maybe you should.” Jean stood up and followed Bradley. “Hey, wait.”

“What?” Bradley stopped and turned to see Jean grabbing a key from a key-holder on the wall.

“Follow me,” Jean said simply as he moved past Bradley and went out of his bedroom. Then he turned towards the playroom.

“Jean…”

“I’m not going to kill you or anything,” Jean said as he unlocked the door. “Come.”

Bradley sighed and followed Jean inside, ignoring the voice in his head telling him it was a bad idea to be inside that room with Jean. He watched as Jean turned on the light and air conditioner in the room.

“Now hear me out,” Jean said quietly. “I think you’ve dragged this thing out enough. You’ve allowed the dead to dictate how you should live your life for too long, buddy. That’s what I call, mental slavery. I wouldn’t even allow the living to do that to me, how much more the dead? Hell, no. It’s about time you began to think rationally. By rational, I mean to behave like a normal hot-blooded young man. Frankly, I’m tired of seeing you walking around with an erect penis. You need to get off.” Jean went to close the door. “And by god, you’re going to get yourself off now.”
